Opis
Manzanilla is a delicate sherry produced by the Spanish sea port of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, where the climatic conditions are suitable for the growing of flor.
Ageing Kavalan's new-make spirit brings a touch of saltiness with mineral flavours, honeydew melon, and caramel with a smooth and aromatic finish.

Colour
Swarthy aurum amber
Flavour
Full of the aroma of clear honeydew melon. A complex and multi-layered fruity flavour along with toffee and cocoa. The finish is cider, coastal, and lightly salty.
Palate
Balanced body. Slightly salty, intense, plenty of sweetness with vanilla flavour. Orange, melon, mint are conspicuous with fresh fruit complexity.
Tasting
We suggest drinking Kavalan Solist Manzanilla Sherry Cask neat. It is also perfect with ice cream or desserts.
