<p>The Bolla winery was founded in 1883. In 2006 it was taken over by Gruppo Italiano Vini. However, the wine continues to be produced under the family name Bolla.<br><br>The fully ripe grapes of Bolla Amarone Classico are dried for about 4 months after harvesting to increase the sugar concentration. After that, the dried grapes are pressed. Maceration lasts a total of 20 days and fermentation 25 days. Then the aging takes place in barriques as well as Slavonian oak barrels.</p><h3>Tasting notes:</h3><p>Dark ruby garnet in the glass. In the nose fruity of jam, raisins as well as balsamic notes. On the palate creamy, balanced, roasted almonds.
