Created at the Foursquare distillery, Barbados this is the wonderful 12 year old rum expression from Doorly's. Matured for over 10 years in cask, this Bajan Rum is a must for anyone to try. 

The easternmost island of the Lesser Antilles in the Caribbean is Barbados.
Large sugar cane plantations characterize the landscape of this island, and the harvests of the high quality sugar cane are of excellent quality.
The «Foursquare Distillery», based in Saint Philip, produces an excellent rum from this top product in a complex process.

Nose

Rich and sweet with notes of tropical fruit and toffee apples.

Palate

The palate is full with a viscous mouthfeel.

Finish

Warming, long and the finish is not overly sweet.
