<p>A hundred-year-old technique is used to produce the Japanese gin.<br>All nine botanicals come from Hiroshima.<br>A dry gin that reflects the sea mist and the freshness of the dominant citrus fruits.</p><p><strong>Botanicals: </strong>5 citrus fruits (limes, navel oranges, bitter oranges, sweet summer oranges, yuzu), hinoki (cypress bark), green tea, red perilla, ginger.</p><p><strong>Colour: </strong>Clear.<br><strong>Nose:</strong> Intense, juniper berries, lemons, hinoki.<br><strong>Taste: </strong>Fresh, balanced, green tea, ginger, oranges.<br><strong>Finish: </strong>Long lasting, oranges.</p>
